The head barman, is an expert in cocktails. The hotel’s cocktail list is includes the essential past favourites as well as modern home-made recipes that are in tune with the times.

The Seeko'o cocktail is one of our new cocktails and is a multi sensory experience... but the head barman's Neapolitan roots also mean that a wide range of Martini-based cocktails are on the menu, a novelty in Bordeaux. The Seeko’o bar also offers a selection of champagne, which is served in an ice bucket to match the bar, and can be enjoyed whilst looking out over the river, dreaming of travel past and future..,

The concept of the Seeko’o hotel room is to provide a vast, airy, bright area that is exclusive. The 45 bedrooms are all junior suites and boast between 29m2 and 55m2 of living space.
Whilst offering plenty of space, the rooms also give the impression of being wrapped up thanks to the black stretch ceilings, acting like a reflective and protective canopy. wood, with state of the art air and water jet shower head.

Guests will gain the impression
of the open sea
with an enormous 190x110cm bathtub decorated in wenge wood, with state of the art air and water jet shower head.
You won’t find a washbasin stuck on the wall, or even crammed into a corner making shaving or applying make-up a real balancing act. The wash-basins are an integral part of the iceberg, white and geometric basins sit enthroned in the centre of the bathroom, to be used
side or front-on, alone or by two people.
